PREMARK™ safe-proofs London railway station
Euston Station is one of London’s busiest train stations, and millions of passengers pass through every year. Finding a durable solution for their safety signage was therefore of crucial importance.
After trying out different solutions that didn’t turn out to be durable enough, the project's contractor, Frost Signs, managed to get clearance to carry out hot work inside the station buildings. This enabled them to install a permanent solution for the station’s warning signage, namely our PREMARK™ preformed thermoplastic material.
PREMARK is known for its high quality, durability and easy application, making it a perfect match for projects like this at Euston Station. The preformed material is delivered in sheets that are simply applied with a gas burner. It is an easy, effective, and not least durable solution that will act as a safety regulation for the many passengers who use the station daily.
Everyone involved has been pleased with the result, and there are even plans to extend this solution throughout the London Stations moving forward.
