Where is your personal data stored?
Your data is stored securely on servers in Denmark and potentially on local servers in the country’s where we have sites. External access is restricted by a firewall and measures to prevent brute force attacks, all PC’s that attach to the server are also individually protected with firewalls.
Access to the data stored is restricted to users by permissions which prevents unauthorized processing, data is also stored in database form (SQL) which can only be accessed and read by using the appropriate program\applications.
The installation of the appropriate program\application is restricted to only those that are required to view or use this data.

How long do we store your personal data?
If an active customer relationship is in place, we will store your data as long as necessary in order to service you as a customer of Geveko Markings. We will store invoicing data for as long as it is needed according to applicable legislation, including money laundering and accounting laws.
Where personal information is not used within a two-year period it will be deleted in line with our process below

If suspicion about data breach from Geveko Markings’ internal serves or external partners arises, immediate action will be taken to secure our customers and users in the best way possible.
